Description
Red Crowned Crane
When a Red-crowned crane walks, a black feathers is seen near the
tail.
These black feathers are not tail feathers.
These are secondary feathers.
When closing the wing, these go out of the gap of secondary-coverts
and scapulars.
Such features were reproduced by animations.
In order to express the bend of flight feathers, two bones were
used per flight feather.
Hence the number of bones became many(bones count:205).
Please be careful, When your environment is limited about the
number of bones.
In-place animations are contained Animations/InPlaece folder.
Skeletal Mesh(Characters/RedCrownedCraneMiddlePoly) have two
LODs.
The LOD1 of this mesh is same as
Characters/RedCrownedCraneLowPoly.
A Blueprint for a simple random
behavior(Blueprints/BP_CraneCharacter) is
included as an example of use.
This is using the root motion.
This Blueprint is used in Maps/Demonstration.
This is not an AI.
This is merely a random behavior as following.
1. Fly to the center.
2. Glide and landing.
3. Random behavior on the ground.
